Negotiating the Founders/Operating Agreement

Having a well understood and effective agreement between founders is incredibly important. At a minimum, the agreement can help co-founders avoid arguments as the business grows. Such agreements can also make the business more efficient and profitable. In this seminar, we will review typical terms in a founders or operating agreement, discuss how to create such an agreement, and work through many of the issues that arise when two or more people work together to create a business.
