HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS FOR RESIDENTS OF SELECT COUNTIES IN ARKANSAS AND TEXAS

HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS

The Home Improvement Loan Program at Communities Unlimited is designed to support residents in select counties across Arkansas and Texas by providing accessible, affordable financing for essential home repairs and improvements. This initiative aims to fill a critical lending gap for low- to moderate-income households who may not qualify for traditional bank loans or lack access to other financial resources.

Through this program, eligible homeowners can receive funding to address urgent housing needs such as repairing or replacing a leaking roof, fixing damaged or unsafe flooring, and servicing or upgrading heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

By helping families maintain safe, livable homes, Communities Unlimited not only enhances individual quality of life but also strengthens the long-term stability and resilience of the communities it serves.
