Septic Smart Week 2022
It’s SepticSmart Week, an annual event held by the EPA, where communities, local groups, and state governments bring attention to the importance of caring for and maintaining septic systems. This year is the 10th Anniversary of SepticSmart Week and the EPA has made tons of information available for homeowners, renters, landlords, governments, and more. There are challenges across the country due to improperly maintained or failing septic systems for many homeowners, local environmental groups, county health departments, and local governments.
