This workshop was developed by USDA RD and EPA for decision makers – Mayors, Board Members, Management Staff and Operators of water and wastewater systems. It will provide information on Ten (10) Key Management Areas ranging from Infrastructure Stability to Financial Viability, Employee and Leadership Development and much more.

Approved by the TN Comptroller’s office for 6 hrs of Management Training Continuing Education for Utility District Boards.
