Water Operator Essentials: Mastering MORs, Recordkeeping, Compliance & Cybersecurity

This training provides water system operators and staff with practical guidance on maintaining compliance and improving daily operations. Topics include completing Monthly Operating Reports (MORs), proper water log documentation, sampling requirements, and preparing for sanitary surveys. Participants will also learn about emergency response planning, operator certification, and an introduction to cybersecurity. Through real-world examples and hands-on activities, attendees will gain the tools needed to stay compliant and confidently manage their water systems. 4 CEUs approved ADEM.
