Criteria

  • Loans for business purposes only
  • Businesses located in AL, AR, LA, MS, OK, TN, or TX
  • All loans underwritten in-house
  • Collateral is required
  • Personal guaranty is required
  • Startups must have an alternative source of income
  • Automatic draft for monthly payments required

Special Conditions

  • Completed application
  • Personal financial statement
  • Two years personal tax documents for business owner(s)
  • Financial Projections for business may be required
