Consuelo Rosales

Consuelo Rosales immigrated from Mexico when she was a teenager. She thought her only opportunities for work were in the services industries working for someone else. She worked as a housekeeper for 13 years, and during that time, she married and had three children. Consuelo was the victim of domestic violence and saw starting her own business as her way out. She is now transitioning from employee to employer.
