When the sound in his truck’s front end grew too loud to ignore, Isaac Traylor knew his business was at risk of stalling. The 2020 Dodge Ram wasn’t just transportation — it was the workhorse that pulled the trailer carrying his pressure washing unit, the equipment that allowed him to tackle bigger jobs like houses, buildings, and commercial lots across Central Arkansas and the Little Rock area.
“I use my truck to pull my trailer,” Traylor said. “With my detailing, I can use my van, but if I’m doing buildings and houses and stuff, I’m going to need that trailer. Without it, it would have stopped a lot of progress and work.”
The repair bill came to more than $3,500 — money Traylor didn’t have on hand.

Instead of trading in the truck for a replacement he didn’t want, he turned back to a trusted partner: the Lending Team at Communities Unlimited (CU).
Three years earlier, CU had helped Traylor purchase the same truck, along with a trailer, water tank, and other equipment that allowed him to transform 3-i Pressure Washing & Detail from a side hustle into a full-service business. This time, with CU Area Director Debra Leach guiding the process, he secured another loan — small but crucial — to get the truck fixed and back on the road.
It didn’t take long.
“I got it fixed in about two days,” Traylor said.
A Growing Business Built on Relationships
Traylor has been steadily expanding his customer base since formally launching his company in 2021. He credits consistency, reputation, and repeat business for keeping 3-i’s schedule full.
“I got a lot of everyday customers that I’ve been dealing with for the last couple of years,” Traylor said. “They’ve been very consistent with me.”
That reliability has given him stability, but Traylor still has his sights set higher. He hopes to secure city and state contracts that could allow him to grow his company, hire staff, and bring in even more work.
“That’s something I want to get into, because I want longevity and stability financially,” he said.

Trust in a Lender
For Traylor, CU has become more than a lender — it’s a relationship he values. He remembers being unsure the first time he reached out for financing. Now, he doesn’t hesitate to pick up the phone.
“When I called Ms. Debra, she answered on the first ring. That meant the world to me. I didn’t have to jump through hoops or wait around. They know me, they know my history, and they worked with me to make sure I had the equipment to continue my business.”

With the truck back in shape, Traylor is once again out on the road, spraying down everything from sidewalks to storefronts. Each job is another step toward his larger vision — building a company that lasts, creates jobs, and keeps his name known across Central Arkansas.
