TN – Sustainable Management for Utility Districts Workshop

This workshop will provide information on Ten (10) Key Management Areas ranging from Infrastructure Stability to Financial Viability, Employee and Leadership Development and much more.  This workshop is approved by the TN Comptroller’s office for 4 hours of Management Training Continuing Ed for Utility District Commissioners.

This workshop is being brought to you at no charge by Communities Unlimited, Inc. and Rural Community Assistance Partnership through funding provided by the USDA Rural Development Technitrain Program.There will also be time in the class to do a System Self-Assessment, Review tools, guides and other resources that may be helpful in your efforts to manage you water system and Create an Action Plan to use as a guide in moving forward.
