The Arkansas MBDA Business Center is operated by Communities Unlimited and provides expert training and technical assistance that align with the Minority Business Develop Center’s (MBDA) strategic goals to support the growth of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) through contracting, partnerships, joint ventures and subcontracting.
The Arkansas MBDA Business Center was officially launched in September 2022. Pam Reed was announced as the Arkansas MBDA Business Center Project Lead in October of 2023. Pam is experienced in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs. She has a strong background in providing one-on-one assistance to business owners. Pam is a dedicated leader, planner, and teacher. She is joined by Communities Unlimited’s Director of Entrepreneurship Cynthia Terry and Senior Management Consultant Dr. Marnell Love, MBA, Retired CPA, Ph.D., Ed. D.
