AR – Asset Management Plan & ACT 605
This training is designed to equip small public water system Operators and Managers with guidance on identifying and prioritizing necessary asset repairs and replacements. Participants will learn to develop asset management plans and establish budgets for long-term maintenance. Furthermore, the training will address the governing board’s role in maintaining the system’s fiscal health. Topics will include budgeting, rate analysis and setting, compliance with Arkansas Act 605, and other relevant areas.
