LA – Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Opportunities

The Water Finance Exchange (WFX) and Communities Unlimited (CU) are hosting a workshop, Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Opportunities in Louisiana, to provide information on funding opportunities, technical assistance, and compliance needs for water and wastewater systems in the state. This half-day workshop will consist of a series of presentations from state and federal funding program and compliance managers, and technical assistance providers, followed by an opportunity for attendees to talk directly with agencies and technical assistance organizations about their system needs. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided. We would like to extend an invitation to attend this workshop, which will be held at the Bossier City Sheriff Substation, 2510 Viking Dr in Bossier City, LA, 71111 . The workshop will be on March 6th, 2025 and begin at 9:00 am. A draft agenda for the workshop can be found below. Workshop organizers are working on approval for credit hours under the Operator Certification Program at the Louisiana Department of Health.
