Why volumetric modular housing?

Audra Butler

Audra Butler is the Director of Housing at Communities Unlimited (CU). She has more than a decade of experience in affordable housing, focused on creating pathways out of poverty. At CU, Audra leads the organization’s housing strategy across its seven-state service area, overseeing housing initiatives, program development and partnerships that expand access to safe, affordable and sustainable housing in rural communities.

Previously, Audra held leadership roles with the Fayetteville Housing Authority and Arkansas River Valley Action Council (ARVAC), where she expanded housing programs and oversaw multi-county operations. She lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Kapriskie Mack

Come Home Regional Manager

Kapriskie Mack

Kapriskie Mack joined Communities Unlimited (CU) in September 2023 as a Community Housing Technician. Kapriskie leads client scheduling and delivery of housing services, provides technical assistance and strategic planning, facilitates grants, and markets housing products to rural and underserved communities. Kapriskie focuses on serving the Arkansas Delta region for CU. In February 2025, she was promoted to Come Home Regional Manager.

Kapriskie has a Master of Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Memphis.

Community Housing Facilitator

Vinetria Johnson

Vinetria Johnson joined Communities Unlimited (CU) in 2025 as a Community Housing Facilitator. She supports the COME HOME housing model in rural and persistent poverty communities, providing housing assessments, education, and technical assistance to promote safe and affordable housing across the Mississippi Delta.

Previously, Vinetria served as an alderwoman in Friars Point, Mississippi, and held a leadership role with The Michaels Organization, overseeing staff and housing operations. She brings more than a decade of experience in housing, education, and workforce development and holds a bachelor’s degree from Jackson State University.

Regional Housing Manager

Courtney Gibson

Courtney Gibson joined Communities Unlimited (CU) in 2025 as Regional Housing Manager. He oversees housing services across his region, including supervising staff, coordinating housing repair projects, and supporting communities through education, planning, and technical assistance.

Courtney brings more than 20 years of experience in property and portfolio management, with a background in multifamily, commercial, workforce, and affordable housing. He holds degrees from the University of Phoenix and Southern University and is based in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Andrea Johnson

Community Housing Facilitator

Andrea Johnson

Andrea Johnson joined Communities Unlimited (CU) in 2025 as a Community Housing Facilitator. She supports the COME HOME housing model in rural and persistent poverty communities, providing housing assessments, education, and technical assistance across Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas.

Andrea has experience in community engagement, education, and homeownership counseling, having worked with organizations including the U.S. Census Bureau and the Housing Authority of Texarkana. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education and is a certified Homeownership Counselor. Andrea lives in Texarkana, Texas.

Area Director of Rural Housing

Tara West

Tara West joined Communities Unlimited (CU) as Area Director of Rural Housing in August 2026. She helps to oversee CU’s housing programs, including performance, compliance, financial and staff leadership, while working with partners to advance safe and affordable housing in rural communities.

Before joining CU, Tara served as Director of Programs for the Fayetteville Housing Authority. Tara holds professional certifications in public housing management, Housing Choice Voucher programs, financial management, housing quality standards, HCV portability, and fair housing and reasonable accommodations.
