C.I.D.Y. Makeup

After years of working in Hollywood as a professional makeup artist, Sheila Guerro returned home to Memphis with the intent of starting her own makeup line. She acquired a small business loan from Communities Unlimited and also received business management consultation. She then started C.I.D.Y. (Can I Do Your) Makeup, featuring colors named for cities and locations throughout the world. Sheila’s business continues to grow, as she has recently added new colors to her lineup, including one named for her hometown of Memphis.
