Our technical assistance providers work with officials, staff and operators to ensure that they have the necessary documentation required by regulatory agencies. Examples include Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Consumer Confidence Reports (CCR) and testing reports.

Budgeting

Our technical assistance providers assist systems in budget development.

Board Member Training

Board members are volunteers that may have limited experience with utility rules and regulations. Our technical system providers train board members with the knowledge they need to effectively govern the system and facilitate the needs of the customers.

Bookkeeping

Our technical assistance providers work with utility staff to provide bookkeeping and recordkeeping training.

Rate Analysis

Our technical assistance providers analyze financial data to determine the rate necessary to cover system expenses.

Funding Assistance
