The city of Hermitage faced a one-two punch from the COVID-19 crisis and damage from severe storms. The city called on Communities Unlimited for an emergency loan to purchase a generator to keep city offices open during power outages from storms. Afterward, Hermitage began working with CU on community sustainability projects.
